Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. A booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule to avoid delaying other clients.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services are subject to change. All prices are in AUD and include GST. Payment is due in full at the completion of your service.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any nail infections, skin allergies, or health conditions before the service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect a contagious condition.

6. Service Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you experience any issues with your manicure (e.g., premature chipping) within [3-5] days, please contact us for a complimentary fix.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Adelaide Nail And Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or those who pose a safety risk to our staff.

8. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of the appointment. They are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase as per Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution, Adelaide Nail And Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions to products or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
